This notice explains how personal data collected through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
Only the data you choose to send us through the contact form: name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your travel dates and number of guests. The hosting provider also records technical data such as IP address and browser type, which are needed to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Why and on what legal basis
We use the form data only to answer your question, based on the consent you give by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Technical data is used to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never use your data for advertising and never pass it on.
Who else receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and forwards emails to our address; Formspree, Inc. transmits messages sent directly from the form; messages finally arrive in our Gmail mailbox (Google). If you click “Show the Airbnb listing”, the page loads content from Airbnb, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Formspree and Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and for no more than 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise. Technical data is kept by the hosting provider for short periods, according to its policies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Airbnb may set cookies only if you choose to load its listing box.
